By accessing or using Linkova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linkova provides a platform for creating link-in-bio pages, web profiles, and product catalogs. The Service is available in free and paid tiers with different feature sets.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may maintain multiple profiles under a single account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Linkova a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider.
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew each period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
